HOW IT WORKS

Scan, detect, remove.

Integrates with your plant's start/stop and emergency stop. The X-ray images are available via API for your own analysis and further automation.

Inspection

Waste passes through the X-ray scanner. Every item is classified by atomic number and density, including what's hidden inside packaging or devices.

Detection

AI recognises lithium-ion batteries, gas cylinders and any other items you want out of your stream, in real time.

Action

The system shows exactly where on the belt the hazard is, so your operators can take it out before it goes any further.

SECTORS

Whatever you process, the hazards are largely the same: lithium-ion batteries, gas cylinders, aerosol cans and unwanted metal. We tune detection to your stream, including sector-specific items such as brake discs in tyre recycling or nitrous oxide canisters before incineration.
